Features every plan gets

Regardless of which plan you’re on, the following are unlimited across the board:

  • Marketing emails sent: unlimited
  • Landing pages and website pages: unlimited
  • Funnels: unlimited
  • Automations: unlimited
  • Custom domain connection: supported

None of the plans charge a Kajabi transaction fee on top of your subscription, so more of what you earn stays with you. That said, standard card-processing rates still apply on top: 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth, and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro if you use Kajabi Payments (rates are lower still if you route payments through your own third-party provider). Worth keeping in mind when you’re comparing the real, all-in cost.

What each plan gets you

Basic ($179/month)

You’re capped at 5 Products, but that’s plenty if you’re running something like 2–3 courses plus a single community. The old Basic plan used to cap out at 3 Products, so the current 5-Product limit is a meaningful loosening of that restriction.

Growth ($249/month)

For $70 more a month than Basic, Growth bumps you up to 50 Products and 25,000 contacts, and unlocks both the affiliate feature and the ability to remove Kajabi’s branding. If you’re running your business somewhat seriously, Growth is usually the realistic starting point.

Pro ($499/month)

Pro removes the Product cap entirely and supports up to 100,000 contacts and 26 admin accounts. It also includes the Branded Mobile App at no extra charge — normally a $199/month add-on — so if a branded app is on your roadmap, Pro can actually work out cheaper overall than stacking that add-on onto a lower tier.

Pro also lets you run up to 3 sites under a single subscription. If you’re planning to run multiple brands or businesses on Kajabi, consolidating into one Pro plan can end up cheaper than paying for several separate Basic or Growth subscriptions.

Going over your plan’s limits

If you’re approaching your Product or contact limit, you don’t necessarily need to jump to the next tier — Kajabi also lets you pay for extra capacity on top of your current plan. For example, if you’re on Basic and need room for 6–7 Products instead of 5, buying that extra headroom can cost you an additional few dozen dollars a month, which is often cheaper than upgrading to Growth outright.

The same logic applies to contacts. If you’re on Growth and about to cross the 25,000-contact mark, you can buy additional capacity instead of jumping straight to Pro. That flexibility makes it easier to manage costs when your numbers land in an awkward in-between spot.

About the free trial

Kajabi normally offers a 14-day free trial, but signing up through Hoda’s link as a Kajabi partner extends that to a 30-day free trial. You’ll still need to enter a credit card, but you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Before committing to a paid plan, it’s worth taking the full 30 days to properly test the platform.
